Internal H-Coins Policy

1. Definitions

H-Coins are digital units representing virtual currency used exclusively within the Service for participation in entertainment games. H-Coins constitute digital content, have no function or value outside the Service, are not money or money's worth, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged or converted into real-world value.

2. Purpose and Scope

This Policy sets out the rules governing the acquisition, use, expiration and loss of H-Coins. H-Coins are provided solely for entertainment purposes in a free-to-play entertainment gaming environment. Nothing in this Policy shall be interpreted as enabling gambling, betting or gaming for money or money's worth.

3. Definition and Legal Nature of H-Coins

H-Coins are not money, electronic money, prepaid value, monetary instruments or a substitute for money. They do not represent, confer or entitle the User to any form of money, money's worth, prize, payout or real-world economic value. H-Coins do not constitute a prize or reward of value, regardless of how they are obtained or used.

4. Acquisition and User Rights

Every player receives free H-Coins to start, a daily top-up from their account page, and may reset their balance at any time. Where H-Coins are purchased, the transaction constitutes the purchase of digital content with immediate performance. Upon acquisition, the User is granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use H-Coins solely within the Service.

5. Use Restrictions and User Obligations

H-Coins may be used only within the Service. They cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, exchanged, traded or otherwise made available to any third party. Any attempt to convert H-Coins into money or real-world value may result in suspension or termination of the account and the loss of any remaining H-Coins, without compensation.

6. Expiration and Loss of H-Coins

Purchased H-Coins expire automatically twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. H-Coins may also be forfeited upon account suspension or termination. The User has no right to restoration, replacement or compensation for expired or forfeited H-Coins.

7. Refunds and Payment Finality

Refunds may be considered in cases of technical errors preventing delivery, duplicate charges, or non-delivery of purchased H-Coins, when requested within 30 days of the transaction. Used H-Coins are ineligible for refunds. In this demo build no payment is ever taken.

8. Availability and Changes

The Service may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue the availability, quantity or conditions of use of H-Coins at any time. Such changes do not entitle the User to any refund, compensation or replacement of H-Coins.
